Columbia Restaurants is an experienced catering company in Cyprus, which began its journey in 1998. With over 20 years’ experience, Columbia Restaurants has developed to become a leader within the catering industry of Cyprus. Starting its journey with just one franchise store, it now has a portfolio of 14 stores across Cyprus, with 10 of these restaurants being Columbia Restaurants’ own concepts and developments. The Columbia Restaurants portfolio offers a wide range of concept styles including fine dining, casual dining, bar/club, seafront all day venue, pizzerias, poké bar, Greek tavern, venue centre, and bakery.
Nestled in the heart of town at Columbia Plaza, Columbia Steak House offers a very memorable experience with each visit, through service excellence, stunning interior design and a menu that offers far more than beautifully prepared steaks. The restaurant adds a fine dining approach to its dishes, which are developed and prepared by the best in the business using only the highest-quality USDA beef that is perfectly aged and grilled. Visitors will also find a wide range of alternative options with just as much attention to detail and quality, such as fresh sushi and seafood which can be accompanied with some of the world’s best wines and signature cocktails. At Pokéloha, we serve delicious Hawaiian style sushi! Poké is the Hawaiian tradition of diced raw fish served with toppings, sauce and extra vegetables.
Poké bowls are known for being super healthy and nutrient-packed whilst having low calories because no ingredients are fried.

A sweet addition to the Columbia Restaurants group is the Columbia confectionery brand…..baking, crafting & producing delicious cakes and other goodies.
The first Columbia confectionery on Spyrou Kyprianou high street, was opened in May 2019 and since then it has proved to be a big success. A second Columbia confectionery has opened in Germasogeia (October 2021) with a total seating capacity of 57 seats (indoor 21 Seats and outdoor 36 Seats).

Our passion for Italian food can be traced back to the swinging 60s – to our founder, Peter Boizot, and his love affair with Italy. From light pizza, vegan meals and gluten-free dishes with fresh ingredients and healthy recipes, our menus have something for everyone. Peter travelled to Europe in the 1960s, living and working in France, Germany and Switzerland before settling in Rome, reporting for the Associated Press and selling postcards from a barrow in St Peter’s Square. Peter’s ambition for authenticity, coupled with an uncommon determination proved to be a winning combination. Shipping an authentic pizza oven over from Naples and sourcing real mozzarella from the only producer in London, it was this same drive that made Peter the first man to import Peroni to the UK.

Pizza Express Limassol - 1998
PizzaExpress was founded in 1965 by a well-travelled Englishman called Peter Boizot. Returning from a trip to Italy he was dismayed that he could not find real Italian pizza anywhere in England. So he imported an oven from Italy and opened the first PizzaExpress in Soho, London. Today, there are more than 470 restaurants across the United Kingdom and 100 overseas in Europe, Hong Kong, China, India and the Middle East.
