Columbia Shipmanagement (CSM) has released its Training Activities Report for 2023–2024 –  a comprehensive overview of achievements and reflecting the company’s steadfast commitment to the professional development of its people. With a global pool of 21,000 seafarers, CSM believes that investing in high-quality training is essential to maintaining safety, service excellence, and operational innovation.

At CSM, training is a core pillar. The report highlights continued efforts to deliver cutting-edge learning opportunities through advanced training centres, immersive simulators, and flexible e-learning platforms that can support lifelong learning and upskilling. It also outlines new management training initiatives, delivered in partnership with Franklin Covey, aimed at developing leadership capabilities both at sea and ashore.
