On Sunday 11 October, Columbia Sun officially closed its doors for the 2026 season – celebrating an exceptional year in which the award-winning Lady’s Mile beach venue in Limassol hosted a record-breaking 42,453 guests.

Beyond the customer numbers, the 2026 season was defined by the experiences that brought people together: days by the crystal-clear waters of Lady’s Mile, long lunches by the sea, sunset cocktails, music-filled weekends and evenings around the table that seemed to last a little longer.

Throughout the season, Columbia Sun welcomed guests from Cyprus and abroad, further establishing itself as a favourite destination for seaside dining, a relaxed atmosphere and the distinctive energy of Limassol’s coastline.

At the heart of the experience was the culinary offering, shaped by fresh ingredients and Mediterranean influences. Fresh fish of the day, seafood and carefully selected products from Cyprus and Greece took centre stage, with an emphasis on quality, freshness and balanced flavours.

Yet, as the 2026 season comes to an end, the numbers tell only part of the story. They cannot capture the laughter shared between friends, the music that carried into the evening, the sunsets enjoyed by the sea or the countless moments that made this season so special.

These are the experiences that stay with us long after the last table has been cleared, the memories, connections and feelings that give a place its character and make each season unique.
